macOS 11.0 Big Sur

After sending an addressed envelope to the printer. It does not print the address either in the pre-print and does not print the address on the envelope. It only prints a "bare" envelope.

I understand you are trying to print envelopes. Make sure you are using supported envelopes to print. You may refer to the printer specifications.

Are you able to print other documents from the Mac?

 

Check if the envelopes are properly loaded, refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes

 

Which app are you using to print?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on Mac

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
