Officejet Pro 8620
macOS 10.14 Mojave

When merging a csv file in to MS Word for Mac doc the data mirged shows in the word doc in the merge preview like everything is ready to print.  It will even print that data if I print "current page" only.  When trying to print all 496 2-page documents it omits data on page one and some of the data in some docs on page two.  An associate at is separate office says this same file prints fine on his MacBook Pro (I don't know what his printer is).  Therefore, we have concluded that the HP Inkjet printier on my end is the problem.

When going online with HP to get a Driver update for my Mac Book Pro with the lastest OS of 10.14, HP says they don't support it.

So, is my 3-4 year old HP printer not compatible with my new MacBook Pro?  Or, is it something else.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

Does the issue only occur when you try a mail merge printing?

Does the issue occur if you copy multiple pages?

Let me know!

The issue seems to only occur in Mail Merge Printing.  As Insaid, when printing current page it does fine.

Yes, when trying to print multiple pages it omits the  Name, street address, city, state and zip code on the cover letter.

I think the problem is both the printer’s capability to receive a 900+ page print job and the MS software.  The prepared doc shows errors after page 200 in the merge fields before they are even sent to the printer.

Because I had to get this job out I have contract with a mail delivery house.

Kudos to Senan6806 for suggesting the Officejet Frimware update.  I assumed it was up todate because I had Auto Updates enabled.  Unfortunately it was NOT up to date.  Weird.
