I have an old HP Laserjet 4 plus that I would like to make wireless accessible in my home.
Is this possible ?
My lapton and others are linked via wireless Zyxel router.

You might be able to use a USB/wireless network adapter but I am not 100% sure that will work as most of the parallel to usb cables require a driver be installed.

A device like this plugs into a parallel port and then allows you to connect to a wired port on your router, turning your printer into a network printer. Any other devices wired or wireless that connect to the same network would be able to print. Unfortunately wireless to parallel devices are pretty uncommon as parallel printers tend to be older and enjoy less support than USB printers.
