I'm using the HP Smart App and I clicked on "How do I make sure my printer is in Setup Mode?" and it said to press and hold wireless button and cancel button together for 3 seconds. I can't find a cancel button anywhere. Where is this "cancel" button?

Hi,
Please follow the steps below to reconnect the printer using the Wireless Setup Wizard, such a steps as you prompt are for printers with no touch screen but buttons only:

Once connecting the printer to the network, ensure your device is connected to the same network as the printer, then click plus within HP Smart and the printer should be listed, else print and evaluate a wireless test report as instructed in the document above, more details about the report information can be explained below:
