Hello there guys,
I would like to ask for help regarding margin issues on printed documents.
I would like to print my thesis with specific margin according to my university thesis standard.
In Microsoft word and PDF, the margins are correct: top & bottom: 2.5 cm, inside & outside:3.25 cm, header from top:1.25 cm and footer from bottom: 1.25 cm.
However, when I printed the document whether through Microsoft Word, HP Smart and PDF, the margin didn't follow the specified values.
I have modified it to borderless printing, no scaling and really make sure the A4 paper fits well in the tray, but the problem still occurs.
Thanks.

Hi @Auds97

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
You may create a custom paper size directly from the printer properties menu by following these steps:
1. Load the custom-size paper into the paper input tray.
2. Open the item you want to print.
3. Click File, and then click Print.
4. In the Print window, click Preferences, Properties, or Printer Properties.
5. Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then click Custom.
6. In the Custom Paper Size window, click New.
7. Type a name for your custom paper size, adjust the width and height to your preference, and then click OK.
Your custom paper size is now saved. You can select this custom paper size in the future and edit it if needed.
8. Click OK, click the Paper Size drop-down menu, and then scroll down and select your custom paper size.
9. Click OK or Print to print the document.
