hey, try install latest MS update KB4517389, it should resolve the issue...

As I said in my post, that update, for whatever reason, didn't fix the print spool problem for one of my printers.  I posted another thread about this and was receiving some awesome HP support through private messaging.  Ultimately, I found my own solution (or at least a workaround) to this.  You can find it here on another HP Community thread:

 

Update KB4517389 for Windows 10 (1903 build) did not return functionality of HP printer.
