I have read previous fix suggestions:  removed print cartridges, unplugged printer, waiting 2 min and re starting.  Printer set up to point of looking like it was ready to accept print order.  Submitted one for trial run, printer was completely unresponsive.

I'm out of ideas. Any help??

Error code 620192F4 on your HP Officejet Pro 9015 can be quite frustrating. You've already tried some common troubleshooting steps without success. Here are additional troubleshooting steps you can follow to potentially resolve the issue:

Check Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. HP frequently releases updates to fix known issues.
  • Go to the HP Support website and download any available updates for your printer model.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Remove the printer's power cord from both the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the outlet and then into the printer.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Check Printhead and Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the printhead and cartridges are correctly installed.
  • Inspect the printhead and cartridges for any visible issues or damage.
  • Clean any ink or debris from the printhead contacts using a lint-free cloth and distilled water.

Printhead Alignment:

  • Sometimes an incorrect alignment can cause issues.
  • Navigate to the printer's setup menu and choose the option for aligning the printhead.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the printer thoroughly for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • Carefully remove any stuck paper.

Try a Different Print Job:

  • Sometimes, the issue might be with the specific print file or job.
  • Try printing a different document to see if the issue persists.

HP Smart App:

  • Use the HP Smart app to run diagnostics on the printer. This can sometimes provide specific guidance on the error and how to resolve it.
