Hello! Really hoping someone can help because this is doing my head in! My printer (HP ENVY 4527) isn't printing full page. It's as if the whole image is shifted up so the top is cut off. When I try and move it down in the preview before printing, it still cuts off some of the bottom, as if it can only print to a certain point. I've noticed this before but it's never really been an issue as I don't usually print full page anything - but ive downloaded a sticker template, a sheet of 24 round stickers (it's the exact template of the sticker sheet i have) - i've added my text and am printing test pages before printing onto the actual sticker sheet, but it will never print in the right place.
I've attached pics so you can see what I mean -
1 - regular print - cut off at top and too high at bottom
2 - when I scale to fit - prints the whole sheet but too small and still high up on the page
And the sticker size isn't quite exactly in either version. I just want it to print what's on the screen!
Please help...

Hi @Rachael5,
I'd like to help!
To assist better -
- What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
Keep me posted.
