Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858

I purchased the HP ENVY Photo 7858 from Costco yesterday and swear it did not come with the set up cartridges.  Can someone tell me how to bypass the cartridge set up step?

Costco has a very generous return policy, I would suggest you return the printer for a replacement.

Missing Setup Cartridges for HP 7858 - Bypass Method? Anybody know how to bypass this. The missing cartridge issue. Seems HP is "forgetting" to put the part of the product we are purchasing in the box. What a shame. and no answer to my question from HP for weeks. Please HELP.
