A case was created for the online warranty details to be fixed with a printer on (edited)

However, this case has not appeared in my case list. Please advise.

A note to @Watts-BOM , contrary to all warnings, you have posted personal information. As with any website these days, scammers are constantly scouring for information and you have now provided them with everything they need to take advantage of you. They know you have an HP printer, they have your case number and your email. If you get any emails regarding this issue, carefully confirm that it is indeed HP that has contacted you as you are likely to get emails or even phone calls from people claiming to be HP when they are not.

 

Your best course when you have an issue like this is to call HP on the same number that you received your case number from. I have escalated your case so you may receive a private message through this board from an agent.
