I want to subscribe to InstaInk and during the process, it asks for a claim code. As per the instruction given a print using cancel+information button from the printer, however, the printout doesn't have a claim code & the heading of the page is "Unable to connect to web service". I tried multiple times but got the same page. I then tried to follow the instruction on the page to connect via local URL and still getting the same saying Network problem.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer? and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
