I need to unplug and replug my DeskJet All-in-One Network Printer every time I need a print job.
Please do not say uninstall and reinstall the software. Last several times I had to do that, it took hours uninstalling and reinstalling as the software would not recognize the printer on the network. For at least two different computers.
Thanks for your time and brainwork.

Thanks for the reply. No matter how many times I typed a reply to this letter, it would not post after copying your questions. Kept saying there was invalid HTML in the post. I did not see the invalid HTML and had only copied the questions from your reply. Below the message box it said it removed the HTML, post again, but it kept coming back.
Q1 Last time printer worked well. A - Last two times I installed the printer on new networks, it was a monstrosity requiring several uninstals and reinstalls. It did finally settle down and start working well. That was a Windows 7 PC.
Q2 New software or hardware this time? A- Yes. A new Dell Windows 10 PC.
Q3 - Did I try troubleshooting before posting? A - I tried everything I was advised to do. Uninstalling and reinstalling more than a half dozen frustrating times. Scan Doctor and troubleshooting made nothing better.

Okay. I am honestly exhausted by the lengthy crap I must go through to get this HP printer to work. Having been a long-term HP user, I am newly disappointed in the quality of their products. I will soon purchase a printer that is not HP. Thanks for your time.

Identical problem here. I've tried every diagnostic test that has been recommended with no resolution. I jumped through all the hoops to get to customer suipport only to be told the printer is long out of warranty. It works fine for a while after plugging it back in but it's a real pain to have to do this everytime I want to use the printer.
