Product: 8600 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 8600 printer is causing a fault when plugged into the phone line. If I plug the phone line into the port (1) it causes the phone line to “short” out/dies and if you were to call the phone number it would go “double busy” —- any ideas on how to fix? I need the fax functions HELP!

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with printer setting up fax.
