Product: Office Jet Pro 8720
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

After I installed Catalina 10.15.6 and updated my phone to iOS 14, I can't seem to print on both sides of the page anymore.  I have the settings on my computer to print of both sides of the paper, flip on long side, but it keeps printing out on one side of the paper only.  Can anyone please help me out on a solution?

Are you facing the same issue while printing from your iOS device?

 

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports auto-duplex printing.

 

Which application are you using to print?

This option varies with the app you are using to print. Try printing different types of document to check if the issue persists.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

It will print double sided from a mobile device (iPhone) but not my MacBook Air.  I don't know what to do to fix it.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the newest HP Smart and drivers.
