I have been printing from my Apple but all of a sudden it doesn’t print. My husband HP ENVY laptop  still prints. I have turned my Mac book air off and on again. I have a Bonjour multifunction errori

Hi @Lampfish2020,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's connectivity!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer is connected to the same network as your MacBook Air.
  • Try reconnecting the printer to the network and make sure there are no network connectivity issues.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Similarly, restart your router to refresh the network connection.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Check if there are any updates available for your printer drivers or software by visiting the HP Support website.

Re-add Printer to MacBook:

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove the HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer from the list.
  • Click the "+" button to add the printer back.

Check for Software Updates:

  • Ensure that your MacBook Air is running the latest version of macOS. Check for software updates under System Preferences > Software Update.

Reset Printing System:

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click on the printer list and choose "Reset printing system".

I hope this helps.
