My hp Deskjet gt 5820 is not printing Yellow colour and it print like pink or other colour instead of it.Also Blue is not printing, instead of it, printing deep pink colour.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting print quality issue on HP DeskJet GT 5820 Printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Check the ink delivery system.
  • Check for ink smears on the back of printouts.
  • Make sure you are using the appropriate paper for your print job.
  • Check the ink levels.
  • Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.
  • Run the printhead cleaning utility using the HP Software.
  • Align the printheads using the HP software.

I have done all those things but still no yellow. Before all colors only black isend it to the service center it done after  3 weeks no color yellow. Every 2x a week a print so ink will dry. Then become once a week. Thats the time yellow not working full ink still

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
