Product: HP ENVY 4502 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two almost full cartridges in my printer and it started to print pale pages and no colour.  Now it will not print at all.  The pages printed are blank and so are the test pages after alignment etc.   I have tried cleaning the cartridges, doing the test pages.  I have removed plug at back of unit and replaced.  Have taken the main plug out of the socket and replaced.  I have even removed the device from my laptop and reinstalled.  Still it gives me blank pages.  Any ideas please?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
