Hi I purchased my Envy 4511 printer about 2 years ago but I rarely use it. I do need to use it from time to time to do light jobs such as printing a one page document or so. It suddenly died when one time I tried to turn it on. What happen, the screen just doesn't turn on and no sound is herd. Sometimes when I try to disconnect it from the power and re-connect it. I see that the LCD screen flash white a single time then turns off quickly. I already tried all the suggestions on hp support page that gives support when the printer doesn't turn on. For example I unplugged the power cord and measured it with a multi meter and I can see that it does have power. I tried another cord. I'm very disappointed with this product and HP. The printer is still in a new condition and it is barely used.

@ALD09, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
