Printer won't print. Shows a cartridge error. I have removed, cleaned and replaced the cartridges but the error remains. I have run the HP Doc which stops at Device status. If i skip that step everything else lights up green. I ve disconnected from the mains etc but still not working. I've checked for drivers etc.
I'm a bit cross that i'm told i won't get ink sent if the cartridge is not being read so how exactly does one resolve the issue. What a lousy system!
I have change the black inkpatron, and now the display says, Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I tried with the old won but now with the same message. I have clean the new one but nothing helps.
