The printer has been working fine but suddenly it will not accept the message from my computer to print.  The printer itself passes all the tests and the printed results come out as positive but still when I press "print" it says it is printing but it doesn't.  Please help.

A million thanks.  I had run the Print and scan before but obviously missed something last time.  My printer is now back in operation and I'm delighted.  Many thanks and may you have a wonderful and happy life.

Did you try a electric power reset?

Yes I have tried the power reset and it still won't work - it's as though the computer has stopped talking to my printer or else the printer has stopped listening. The Wireless Network Test Results, which I have run several times)  shows everything is working OK.  When I press "print" on my computer the words "now printing (whatever") comes up but it still doesn't print.  Thanks for trying to help though.
