Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer suddenly stopped turning on from today. I checked the power connection and power socket, but that didn't help. It was working fine 3-4 days back when I used it last.

Also, I am not able to find out official HP support phone number in India in HP site. The chat-bot is not of much help.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer or you can also take it to the nearest service center- HP Service Center Locator - India
