Please help, guys. I recently brought out my in-law family's HP Deskjet 1112 printer out of storage to be used for my son's online class. I have bought new original ink cartridges for the DeskJet printer (HP 63 ink cartridges).
The problem is, even though the printer was able to recognize the Tricolor cartridge, the Black one wasn't. It keeps popping the error "Incompatible Cartridge", even though it was an original cartridge (even has the hologram sticker with serial number 83552522771).
Also attached are my screenshot during my printer diagnosis using your printer app.
Please help, guys. I am trying to fix this before the actual start of my son's online class on Monday.
