Product: HP Deskjet 2130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 2130 is printing blank pages. The printer was working just fine when it was purchased, and I printed a few pages. I have not used it in about 4-6 months. Cartridges are showing to have enough ink in the printer management software (These are the original cartridges purchased with the printer) but still not printing either black or color. Even test print is also printing blank pages. Photocopies are coming out blank also, whether color or black and white. I have done a hard reset, but it has not worked. Printer is plugged directly into the wall.

Please click https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174550/document/c046...  to access the steps that should resolve the issue .

 

If the issue still persist, i'd suggest you to go for new cartridges.
