My HP Deskjet 3050A won't print from Chromebook but it has the green light when hitting print.

HP Deskjet 3050A won't print from my Chromebook anymore. It has the green light on the symbol when I'm trying to print but after the document is sent to print, it just says that the printing job can't be completed. There is no indication of any problem with either the printer or chromebook. It just won't print. Please help me!

@Charlotte54, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to print from Chromebook.

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
