Hi @Raiyah,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why your HP Deskjet 4152e printer is not printing even when it is turned on. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the printer connection: Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your desktop computer. Check the USB or Ethernet cable and ensure that it is securely plugged in on both ends. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Restart both the printer and the computer: Sometimes, restarting both the printer and the computer can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both the printer and the computer and wait for a few seconds before turning them back on.
  • Check the printer status: Open the Devices and Printers folder on your computer and check the status of your printer. If it is offline, right-click on the printer and select "Use Printer Online."
  • Update the printer driver: Check if your printer driver is up-to-date. Go to the HP website and download the latest driver for your printer model.
  • Clear print queue: Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the print queue, preventing new jobs from printing. Open the Devices and Printers folder on your computer, right-click on your printer, and select "See What's Printing." Then, click on "Cancel All Documents" to clear the print queue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
