Hi @Mark5001,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP ENVY 6000 printer is connected to Wi-Fi but not printing, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Check Printer Status: Ensure that there are no error messages or warning lights on the printer's display panel. If there are, address those issues first.
  • Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Restart Wi-Fi Router: If the printer is connected wirelessly, restart your Wi-Fi router to ensure a stable connection.
  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, printers might accidentally connect to a different network.
  • Print a Network Configuration Page: Most printers have a function to print a network configuration page. You can use this page to verify the printer's IP address and network settings.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Reinstall Printer Drivers: If you're printing from a computer, reinstall the printer drivers to ensure they are up to date and properly installed.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. Keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
