Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer has been stuck in an endless print loop of a document since this morning. I sent a print order of 10 copies to the printer, it printed them and stopped. According to the others in my home, the printer turned on again around 4pm and began printing more copies of the document endlessly. It printed until it ran out of paper (read: SIXTY COPIES). the They could not cancel the print because it would immediately push the print again. I have used Print Doctor/Print Health application to check it, I have followed every possible help article, I’ve hard reset the printer, I’ve disconnected the printer from every device in the house, I’ve deleted and reconnected the WiFi to the printer. Every single time I turn it back on, it will go right back to printing that same page. I can’t contact anyone in support because the printer is “out of warranty”, but I am “out of patience” with trying to fix this. Please help.
