M2U85-64001 is the serial number
My printer does not want to print what I send it correctly. Even what I try to copy comes out really light. It is not low on ink. Ink shows up on the paper but it does not look like what I tried to print. It is not printing everything correctly. It just looks awful.

Automatic cleaning can only do so much - may as well cease repeating that step.
Ok - I am out of ideas, particularly if the Driver has been removed / reinstalled and the Print Quality reports pass (For example, Step 1, Steps 8-9, Step 13).
In general, if the test all pass, the cartridges are full and clean, then the other place to check is the print settings. For example, select "Normal" quality as opposed to "draft". (For example, Steps 4-5)
If you have not done so, consider changing the ink cartridge, though, again, if you have manually cleaned the cartridges and if the tests all pass - then it is unknown whether new ink would make any difference in the printed documents /images.
The inside of the printer might be dirty, though for this printer, I do not see any instructions to clean the rollers.
Usually the tests, at least, indicate when / where / if there is a problem. ??
If I think of anything to add, I will post back.
