Once again, not sure if you are asking for help BigEdA but if so then - "As you can see from my help with the previous poster, I'm happy to zip up the contents of the installation disk and send it to you but I'd need your email address.  You can either post it in a reply but that is risky for you or send me a private message via this post to say that you have done so."

i chose the option to print in black and white as the colour cartridge was low.

i then replaced the cartridge and it will only print in black and white despite the colour mode

is selected. Also the print size is far too small and i cannot find the option to increase the print size.

I have an ENVY 5540 all-in-one.

I don't think you have the same problem that those before have had which were resolved by me sending them a zipped file of the installation disc.  If you think it is and need those files then let me have your email address and I'll send it to you.

Snakes - sorry not to have replied earlier but my problem now resolved. It appears there

may have been an issue due an update to windows 10 and an update to the hp envy that caused

the conflict. I am not computer literate but with help I deleted FULLY ALL  previous hp envy software and then reloaded the original software and so far all now seems to work as it is meant to.
