Apparently my Envy 5660 no longer recognizes my network key. Keeps showing up as Offline. Cannot print.
REALLY NEED TO PRINT because of tax forms.
Tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it keeps asking to update to a new version, which never completely downloads, looping back around and making no progress. Tried it several times and have yet to get it to the point where I can actually ask it to fix the problem, and when it scans my product it seems to think it is connected to a Mac, not Windows.
What are my options, you know, besides buying a new printer. (I just bought this one only about three months ago!)
If this error fixes itself I'm going to scream, but I will let you know if it does. And if I do.
