Product: HP ENVY 5661
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 5661 - Printer  Whenever I try to print, the results show up with the third line distorted or absent .

Sometimes more than the third line is distorted, etc.  Have installed HP new ink units - tried trouble shooting etc.  The unit is not used often - Any printing goes to Staples since HP is unreliable.  Like the size of the 5661 and wish it would work.  Problem has continued for many months.  ???

Have you tried cleaning the ink cartridges, see this link for info.
