Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy 6000 All in One Printer is not printing photos properly, it only prints half photo (all other printing is fine its only when I use gloss paper).  It is an though it doesnt grip straight away,  I have put in on the gloss setting
