My HP Envy 6052 printer continues to go offline. How do I bring it back online?

@Simmons1 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP Envy 6052 Printer is offline.

Even though the printer is on and connected, it displays as offline on your computer or mobile device and no longer responds, such as turning off after pressing the power button or displaying the copy button after lifting the scanner lid. Reset the printer and update the firmware to help prevent the issue from happening again in the future.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE:

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  5. Wait for the light bar to turn blue-white or white.

  6. Update the printer firmware. For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading the Printer Firmware.
