HP Envy 6052e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hallmark 2018 program print routine requires that the outside of a single fold card be printed and then re-inserted into the printer to print the inside of the card. The outside will print fine but when the card is re-inserted into the printer I get a "the printer is out of paper" error or it simply does nothing. Printing other documents e.g. from MS Office programs seems OK. Can anyone help?

Did some further digging into the problem. It appears that if I configure the  HP Envy 6052e for "2 side printing" and "turn on long edge" the Hallmark program will recognize the situation and print a single fold card correctly, (without having to reload side 1 of the card in the printer).😊 Only problem is I have to reconfigure the printer when I do not want 2 side printing.🙁 Still not sure why the printer and program get bolloxed up when the printer is set for 1 side  printing. The program works fine with other single side printers.
