Hello, my problem is that my HP Envy 6432e keeps showing a flashing E on the small display and it's orange. My printer won't let me print anything and the HP app says there's a problem with my account or with the cartridges. I suspect that the problem is more with the cartridges. I'm very desperate right now because I've tried everything. Maybe you have some tips. LG Akmal

@Akmal7, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Cartridges:

Open the printer, take out the cartridges, and make sure they’re installed correctly.

Remove any plastic tape or packing.

If ink is low, replace the cartridges.

Restart Printer:

Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Software:

Open the HP app and check for any updates for your printer.

Clean Printhead:

Use the HP app or printer menu to clean the printhead if the option is available.

Fix Account Issue:

If the app says there's a problem with your account, sign out and back in, or check for updates.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
