My printer isn't printing any pages with ink on it. At first it would print fine, then with missing lines or faded, and now it is completely blank.

-Printer Model: HP Envy 7640

-Error Message: None

-Ethernet Cable, WiFi or USB: WiFi

- Driver name and version: HP ENVY 7640 series 20.80.2.7578

- Firmware Version: NSM5CN1830AR

- OS: Win10

- # of machines impacted: 1

- # of users impacted: 1

- Original or 3rd party cartridges: Originals

I've done the solutions of cleaning the cartridges and aligning the print head. The cartridges both have ink in them and are not dried up (tested them with a paper towel and they have solid lines). When I try to print test pages or it prints after cleaning, the pages are still blank.
