Hi @XtremeTeam,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding blank page printing on the HP Envy 5530!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Cancel Print Jobs:

  • On your computer, go to the print queue and cancel all pending jobs to stop unwanted printing.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that there is sufficient ink in your cartridges. Low or empty cartridges can result in blank pages.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Remove the ink cartridges and reinstall them to ensure they are seated properly.

Perform Printer Reset:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams that might be causing the issue.

Clean Printheads:

  • Use the printer's maintenance menu to perform a printhead cleaning. This can help resolve issues with clogged nozzles.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check for any updates to your printer's firmware that might resolve this issue.

Default Printer Settings:

  • Verify that your HP Envy 5530 is set as the default printer to ensure print jobs are sent to the correct device.

Check Software Settings:

  • Ensure that there are no print jobs set to automatically print scheduled tasks or documents.

I hope this helps.
