My OfficeJet 3830 won't connect to my Mac (which is running macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra), iPhone (tried using multiple, but mainly iPhone 7+), or iPad (tried with the latest model and iPad mini 2). While it won't connect to anything, it will Copy, Scan, and Fax. I already tried Hard Reseting it, but the problem still emerges. Any ideas?

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
The wireless light on the printer is it steady or is it blinking?
Any error when you try to connect?
What's the make and model of your WiFi router?
Do you have any antivirus software installed on your Mac?
Do you have a guest network enabled on your WiFi router?
Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
Could you check for WiFi interference and also perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test, the printer IP can be located by touching the wireless icon on the printer display.

- The wireless light is steady.
- The printer doesn't even come up on the connections page.
- My router is a Coda-4582 (more info: http://www.hitron-americas.com/product/coda-4582/)
- I don't believe I have any anti-virus, though it might be smart to install one.
- I do have a guest network on my router, though my Mac nor printer are using that.
- I would say my printer is round 15ft. away from my router.
I don't believe I have any WiFi interference.
Finally, here's the results from the ping test (note: everytime the IP Adress is stated, I replace it with [IP]):
Ping has started…

Print the wireless test report and check if the wireless is working fine.
The wireless test report provides information about the printer status, hardware (MAC) address, and IP address.
If the printer is connected to a network, the test report displays details about the network settings.
1. From the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).
2. Touch Settings, and then touch Print Reports
3. Touch Wireless Test Report.
If the wireless test passes, follow the below step to reset the network to defaults.
Restore network settings to default settings
1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings.
2. Touch Restore Network Settings.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
Then, follow the instruction to connect the printer to the network.
1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
