Hello HP Community,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to seek urgent assistance with a perplexing issue that I'm encountering with my HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer. I've exhausted all my troubleshooting efforts and would greatly appreciate any insights you might have.
Recently, I attempted to install a firmware update using the guidance provided in this thread: [https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/HP-OfficeJet-Pro-9018-printer-upd...]. Unfortunately, the update process seems to be stuck in an endless loop, and I haven't been able to successfully complete the installation. This has left me unable to print any documents.
I followed the suggestions outlined in the thread, but unfortunately, they haven't resolved the issue for me. In a last-ditch effort to resolve the problem, I performed a factory reset on the printer. To my dismay, after the reset, my printer no longer recognizes that it has the InstaINK service. This means I can't print anything or even complete the initial setup process.
It's worth noting that my printer is no longer covered by warranty, which is why I'm seeking assistance here on the forum. This situation is causing a significant disruption in my workflow, as I heavily rely on my printer for both personal and professional tasks.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to get my printer back up and running, I would be incredibly grateful for your input. I'm open to trying any troubleshooting steps that might help resolve this issue and bring my printer back to normal functionality.
Thank you all in advance for your time and expertise. Your help means a lot to me, and I'm hopeful that together we can find a solution. Please feel free to reach out to me via this thread or through private message at [your forum username] if you have any insights to share.
