Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried all the suggestions I can find on HP Support. Uninstalled, reinstalled, created a TCP/IP port, nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

I did everything you suggested, and the test page printed beautifully. However, the downloads and photos still print in grayscale. I did not understand what you meant by "try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy 1) and check for any differences."

Thanks so much, I'll give it a try and let you know if works...

The issue is resolved! I contacted Microsoft Support, and it was as easy as scrolling down on the print menu and clicking "color" instead of grayscale. Since I am not familiar with Windows 10, I did not know how to use that menu.
