I need to print an A4 document on A3, to fit the A3 page.  If I print it on A3, without scale to paper size, it print but in size A4, as expected.  If I change the option "scale to paper size A3" under options, the paper runs through the printer without printing at all.  It does this if I print from pdf or Irfanview.  Please assist.
