My HP PSC 1410 ALL IN ONE PRINTER is no longer working right after copying documents about 60 to 80 pages at one time. I put it off for a while to rest. After sometimes I put it ON again but the POWER BUTTON will just blink and all the rest..like check paper, check print cartridge, for COPIES it shows E,  for SIZE both will blink and PAPER TYPE.. both also will blink but for START COPY...both no sign of light or OFF.

This seems to be a Hardware issue. I suggest you perform a printer reset

- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

I have done that already but it did not work. I cannot perform the print test because there is no connection between the laptop and the printer.

I cannot put ON and OFF the printer even if it's connected to the outlet and rear part of the printer. It just keeps on blinking, the power button and the rest of the buttons.

There is no way I can troubleshoot on my laptop because I tried to uninstall the software when I tried to install again it did not install completely because it says no device found.

I did the print test by pressing the cancel button and the start copy from the control panel but the same thing it did not work.

Hi @Maria777

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thanks!
