Hi @lighting09
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Do you get a blank sheet when you try to print or copy?
Try making a copy in black or color to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Check estimated ink levels
-
Press the Setup button
on the product control panel. The Setup Menu opens.
-
Press the down arrow
to select Tools, and then press OK. The Tools menu opens.
-
Press the down arrow
to select Display Estimated Ink Levels, and then press OK.
Clean the printhead
-
On the printer control panel, press the Setup button
.
-
Press the down arrow
to highlight Tools, and then press OK.
-
Press the down arrow
to highlight Clean Printhead, and then press OK.
-
If the print quality on the test page is unsatisfactory, continue with the process to perform a secondary cleaning of the printhead.
NOTE:
There are two printhead cleaning stages. Complete both stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.
Try printing/copying. If the issue persists, perform steps 4 and 8 from this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@lighting09 If the copier isn't working either, I'm afraid this is a hardware malfunction and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
