My c4200 all in one printer won’t recognize my ink cartridges. It says they are incorrectly installed. They are new and full of ink and very correctly installed. I know this because when I use the buttons to access the service menu and then the reports menu I am able to print out a perfect crisp clear print quality report showing both dark black and vibrant colors in perfect working order. Yet that is the ONLY thing that will print. Clearly this is a firmware issue. I would love to hear a solution that doesn’t involve me buying even more ink designed to fail. As you can tell I am pretty fed up. Thanx
