Product: HP DeskJet 2633 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I live in the UK and I'm not really sure if I should be asking the USA community about my faulty HP printer. I will probably need to have it repaired by a qualified inkjet printer mechanic in the UK. Has anyone had this same problem with their HP deskjet 2633 printer, (bought it only ten months ago), getting no black ink output after they've cleaned all the print heads, and the black ink cartridge is full of ink. Will I now be requiring a complicated parts repair service by a professional, or is this printer fault usually an easy one to fix without needing to take my faulty printer to the nearest inkjet printer service centre?

HP Recommended

Remove the black cartridge & touch the printhead to a paper towel, do your see a solid black line of ink.
