Product: hp deskjet 3630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP deskjet 3630 printer will not take heavier paper up to 200gsm and just jams half way through the feed. It takes plain white copy paper fine. I have tried every setting available and changed printer preferences too. It has an error code with an exclamation mark. Any ideas how to fix this please? Thanks in advance.
