Product: HP envy 6000e

My Envy6000e keeps on printing a "Printer Information Report" that says : Printer cannot print.

A problem has occured  and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports until the issue is resolved.

Check you HP account....blablabla 

Well.. it can print the report fine so..what's the problem?
