HP Officejet 5252 all in one
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet 5252 keeps telling me that I have a paper jam. I have had every access point open and there is no paper or debris that I can find. I have blown canned air and cleaned the rollers, but to no avail. The message it gives is -" Open the cartridge access door, open the paper path door at the back, and them clear any paper jam". When I hit ok it spins and whirs but will not reset. Yes I have turned it off and back on. I have tried all the software fixes online but nothing. Please Help.

@HRV, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this false error message. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in the document A 'Paper Jam' Error and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
