Hi ! I've been using my HP OfficeJet 6950 printer for 2 years now and everything was perfect until this morning when i wanted to print something and the printer screen show's me this ;
Error code OXB1OA351D
I can't use my printer anymore now . It first shows me that i got some paper stock inside and that's not the case .
After it shows me that i should fix my color Cartouche . But they are fixed and placed just fine .
Then when i try to print anything it shows me the Error Code .
I've plugged and unplugged my printer and it show's me the same thing , what am i supposed to do now ?
Are Printer build the same way as our Tv's and washing machines which are built to break after a while ?
Thank you for helping me .

Hi @Mc2000,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving the "OXB1OA351D" error.
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the error occurs, we can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
