Product: hp officejet pro 8035
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My hp office jet pro 8035 is not responding-- not from the touchscreen, the laptop or the power button.  And yes, I pushed the power button for over 10 seconds, and it still doesn't power off.  What if I unplug it and see if it listens to reason then?

UPDATE:  Rather than wait for an answer here, I unplugged the device, and now it's working fine.  I hope.
